Badung regency is sending a 10-strong official delegation to Italy this month to promote the regency and Bali at an international tourism exhibition in Milan from February 15-21.

Officials said the touring party had been trimmed to 10, including Regent AA Gede Agung legislators, the tourism chief, planning office and a private sector tourism representative.

They will take along an all-girl dancing troupe from Gianyar and possibly some craftsmen to showcase Bali culture at the exhibition.

Badung public relations and protocol chief I Wayan Dharmada Vedas said he could not disclose travel details.
