Rescuers are making a final search for survivors from a refugee boat accident off Australia's Christmas Island, with two more bodies found and little hope for around 90 people still missing.

A critically endangered Sumatran rhinoceros was born on Saturday at an Indonesian sanctuary, only the fourth birth in captivity in more than a century, boosting survival hopes for the species, say conservationists.

A 6.6-magnitude earthquake hit Aceh province on Sumatra island on Saturday, the Indonesian Meteorological and Geophysics Agency said.
