Improve security; it’s crucial for tourism. Without adequate security, tourists won’t enjoy the island.

Right now, not really. More needs to be done.

I think they’re doing the best they can; it’s difficult. There are a lot of crises but I think the government is trying hard to make things better.

What are the challenges that lie ahead?

In Bali, most attention should be paid to agriculture. Here there are two important areas: tourism and culture. We’ve already looked after tourism; now it’s agriculture’s turn.

Where’s the hottest spot in Bali right now?

Ubud. Nice. And safe.
