President, Ministers Arrive in Bali for Three-Day Meeting

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and his cabinet of ministers arrived in Bali on Sunday morning for a three-day meeting to discuss urgent problems affecting the country.

The head of state and his wife, Ani, were met at Ngurah Rai International Airport by local officials including Governor I Made Mangku Pastika.

On Monday the president is scheduled to hold a meeting at the Tampak Siring Palace near Ubud that is to include governors, ministers and heads of state enterprises.

National Police chief Bambang Danuri is also scheduled to attend the meeting.

During his visit, Yudhoyono is slated to inspect sites where Indonesia will hold an ASEAN summit in 2011 and an APEC meeting in 2013, in Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.
