BADUNG ~ Indonesian’s State Minister for Administrative Reform Taufik Effendi has said he expects civil servants in Indonesia to use more technology in order to provide more effective, efficient and transparent services.
During the 14th ASEAN Conference on Civil Service Matters in Nusa Dua this week, Effendi emphasized the importance of the country’s government services operating more efficiently and effectively.
“Nationally, Gorontalo in Sulawesi, Sragen in Central Java and Jembrana in Bali have already introduced a one-stop service to handle licenses for residents,†he said.
