Barely just in town a minute, one of Exotiq Properties new recruits, Georgia Edwards, threw an opening welcome bash at her fab new digs in Seminyak last week. Exotic indeed. Loads of fantastic food, including foil-baked salmon, pesto risotto and a brill Moroccan chicken dish supplied by the eternally stylish Barb Tollitt, was washed down with lashings of champagne, cocktails, wine and a bevy of the fashionable set, including Marg Barry, Kunis restaurateur Ron, Liane “Betty Boo” Duncan, Marilyn Forse, Helena Walker and feted glam-rock shoe designer Epry (who showed her newest fashion collection later that night at Baccio) as well as Italian shoemaker Sabrina. Also on hand were Exotiq Property MD Domenic Dallmann, Island Property & Living editor Michael Travers, Island Realty’s Fiona Duncan and Danny Gilfeather, who certainly helped the new kid on the block find her party feet and property!
