BENOA ~ A young crewmember the ship Bandar Nelayan died after being stabbed by a crew member of another ship, an official said.

According to Benoa Police chief Ayu Suinaci the victim, Maulana, 19, was attacked by Sunardi, 26, from the ship Jaya Kota on April 23.

She said Sunardi and one other man, Puji Marjio, 18, had been taken into police custody and two other suspected assailants were being pursued.

Suinaci said a 20-centimeter-long knife and the sweater worn by the victim had been seized as evidence during the arrests.
