Bali Governor Made Mangku Pastika asked Disdikpora (Education and Sports Department) of the province to warn SDN (elementary school) 5 Tukadaya, Jembrana Regency, which allowed its students to follow erotic dance at a farewell ceremony at the school.

Head of Public Relations of Provincial Government of Bali Dewa Gede Mahendra Putra stated that Governor of Bali asking Disdikpora to reprimand the school because it is less precise to be performed in front of the children.

“Moreover, it is to the students, which we know they are our nation’s children as our future generations,” he said.

According to Dewa Mahendra, the school should still emphasize politeness and for such events in one elementary school in Jembrana should be given a reprimand and a warning.

“So that in the future it will not become be a bad precedent for education and avoid similar incidents happen again,” he said.

At the farewell ceremony held on June 13, 2015, there was Joged Bumbung performance which is the traditional social dance of Bali. But unfortunately it was followed by the action of the dancer which showed erotic movement.

Even in some of the photos uploaded in social media is also seen the students who was doing impolite movement with the Joged dancer.
