BADUNG, BALI — The case of the fatal shooting at Villa Casa Santisya in Munggu, Bali, has seen major developments with the arrest of all three foreign suspects allegedly involved in the deadly attack that left one Australian man dead and another seriously wounded.

On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, authorities in Bali confirmed the arrest of Darcy Francesco Jenson, 37, who had attempted to flee to Singapore from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta. Jenson, believed to be both the gunman and mastermind behind the attack, was apprehended by immigration officers after raising suspicion during an identity check. He had traveled to Jakarta via private transport and booked his flight to Singapore while en route, hoping to escape unnoticed.

Police stated that Jenson and an accomplice carried out the early morning attack at approximately 00:20 WITA on Saturday, June 14, at the villa located on Jalan Pantai Munggu Seseh, Mengwi, Badung. Wearing an orange jacket, black helmet, and a mask to cover his face, Jenson opened fire inside the villa, killing Zivan Radmanovic, 32, and injuring Sanar Ghanim, 35.

The crime scene revealed 17 bullet casings, 55 projectile fragments, and two intact bullets, indicating a highly violent and premeditated shooting. Investigators suspect the operation was coordinated by a criminal network based in Melbourne, Australia.

After the shooting, the suspects fled separately to avoid detection. Although Jenson was captured in Jakarta, Coskunmevlut, 23, was later apprehended by Singapore Police Force (SPF), while a third suspect, Tupou Pasa I Midolmore, 37, was caught in Melbourne by the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and extradited to Bali on Wednesday, June 18.

According to early investigations, Tupou acted as a lookout while Jenson and Coskunmevlut stormed into the villa and executed the attack. Tupou was seen arriving in Bali in a wheelchair and is currently under medical observation while undergoing police questioning.

Tupou Pasa I Midolmore, 37, was seen in a wheelchair early Wednesday morning (June 18).

The suspects are now in Bali and are being intensively interrogated by the Badung Police Criminal Investigation Unit, under the close supervision of Indonesia’s National Police Headquarters. The case has drawn attention from high-ranking officials, including Brigjen Pol Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro, Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, who visited the scene personally but refrained from commenting in detail.

Meanwhile, Kapolres Badung AKBP M. Arif Batubara confirmed that the case is being processed for a public statement.

“We will release details this morning,” said the Police Chief briefly.

The motive for the attack remains unclear, but Indonesian authorities continue to work with Australian and Singaporean law enforcement to unravel the full story.
