Julaikah Noor Aini or Nur Elis the murderer of Englishman who has Australia passport, Robert Kevin Ellis, was sued 15 years in prison.

In a trial in Denpasar District Court on Tuesday, Public Prosecutor Raka Arimbawa said that the defendant, who is also the wife of the victim, was found guilty for premeditated murder of her husband.

After the trial, the accused through her lawyer will propose a plea on Tuesday, next week.

In a separated file, executor of the murder Urbanus Yoh was also sued for 15 years in prison.

Meanwhile the defendant’s maids who helped to find the executors, Marlina Bella, 24, and Yuliana ,22, was sued for 10 years in prison.

The maids are sued for their role to recruit the executors for the murder.

Robert Kevin Ellis was killed in his villa in Sanur, Denpasar, on October 19, 2014, at 7 pm.

Nur Elis was deliberately planned to kill her husband by hiring five executors because she felt annoyed by the attitude of the victim who cheat with other girls and often showing bad attitude to her.

Therefore, Nur Elis then plans to kill her husband and told her assistant, Marlina Bela to find someone to do the killing, and found five executors.

Nur Ellis rewarded Rp150 million, for the crime start from killing her husband up to dispose the body.
