Police Denpasar, Bali, arrested dealer of methamphetamine, marijuana and ecstasy initial EL (29) from Medan, North Sumatra, which was impersonated himself as a construction worker while he is in Bali.
“This is the biggest revelation during the last three years,” said Head of Denpasar Police Commissioner Djoko Hariutomo in Denpasar on Monday.
Denpasar Police Narcotics Investigation Unit arrested the suspect on Friday (9/1) at his rented house in Denpasar around 5 pm.
On the raid, police found methamphetamine weighing 267.85 grams stored in albesia wood pieces.
In addition, police found 658 grains of ecstasy in the suspect’s room consisting of 98 grains of pink pills with the logo of “love” and 560 pills in brown color with logo “V7”.
Police also found dried marijuana weighing 1.03 grams with a total value of the evidence is estimated at Rp798 million. “The meth has a very good quality and more expensive at around 500 thousand from the price per gram of ordinary meth. This meth valued Rp2.1 million per gram,” said Djoko.
Allegedly, he said, the suspect had distributed the drugs since four months ago under the guise as a construction worker.
From the suspect’s information, it turns out that illicit goods were taken from his boss in East Java.
Police are still developing this cases including chasing the supplier that recognized as the suspect’s boss.
