Bali Police anticipate the smuggling and trafficking of drugs through the implementation of ‘Operasi Lilin’ ahead of New Year celebrations.
“After ‘Operasi Zebra’ (for traffic), will be conducted Operasi Lilin including drugs,” said Head of Sub-Directorate II Drugs Bali Police, Assistant Commissioner John Lay in Denpasar on Friday.
According to him, demand for illicit goods usually increasing during certain moments such as the celebration of New Year’s Eve.
