Monster Greed: Officials in Denpasar have banned the use of this effigy of jailed taxman Gayus Tambunan — saying only demons and animals can be used — whose creator Komang Tanaya says represents all that is evil in the world but who nevertheless plans to defy the ban and take part in ogoh-ogoh parades on the eve of Nyepi this Friday.
