Sanglah Hospital is performing an autopsy on the body of a man who was found almost decapitated by a roadside, police said.
It was not immediately clear what happened to the man, 41, South Denpasar Police chief I Gede Ganefo said.
The deceased was discovered by a passer-by, he said.
