NEGARA ~ A female robbery victim was stabbed in the face and head and suffered a broken arm when she fought against a man robbing her store in Kaliakah village.

The robber escaped in a black vehicle with gold ornaments and about Rp4 million (US$400), leaving the middle-aged victim, Ni Ketut Nuriati, bleeding on the ground near her store.

She was recovering in hospital and police were investigating.
