DENPASAR ~ A 35-year-old Denpasar housewife was arrested last Monday after she sold marijuana to undercover police officers, police said.

One Denpasar Police officer involved in the transaction said Ketut IRA Sundari from Jl. Kebo Iwo, Denpasar, sold him one package of dry marijuana weighing 43.4 grams for Rp200,000 (US$20).

“She handed over one package of dry marijuana and was immediately arrested,” he said.

He said efforts to develop investigation were at a standstill as the woman was refusing to speak.
