Corby to Tell All

Corby to Tell All

Australian Schapelle Corby, serving 20 years in Kerobokan Prison for drug smuggling, is to tell her story in a book, My Story, to be published soon.

The tome, co-written with an Australian TV producer, will reveal details of the 29-year-old’s life in the crowded jail and reiterate her purported innocence in smuggling 4.1 kilograms of marijuana into Bali in October 2004, Australian media reported.

The former beauty student will be prevented by Australian law from profiting from expected brisk sales, however, as legislation in force does not allow individuals to profit from illegal activities. Profits instead will go to meet rising legal costs, as Corby’s case is still under appeal, Australian media said. (BT)
