Love the charming Villas & Prana Spa GM David Kearns for hosting an unbelievable pampering session in the decadent spa recently. Showing what slick new management can do for a place, the new and improved treatments at the palatial pleasure-dome had our group of very satiated women purring like a bunch of kittens for more. Clever move Mr Kearns! A fantastic dinner with endless pouring of wine followed as the well oiled kittens groggily transformed into what resembled a bunch of wild tigers. Loads of raucous fun ensued within the revamped Prana Restaurant, which is probably one of THE best-kept secret lunch or dinner spots in town. Their pristinely kept kitchens (David engaged Australian industrial and environmental microbiology company ProMicro to regularly test their hygiene, water and food) and ridiculously affordable menu serving seriously good food, top location and exotic courtyard and interiors scores it extra-special points. Part of the pampered ensemble on the night included Louise Henry, Enrica de Mello, Kim Brett, Hetta Thynne, Anmarie Meyers, Dalia Brooks, Eka Dunn, and Prana Spa’s Simon Dunn and Sascha Hansen.
