The Indian government is providing scholarships to 20 Indonesian students annually, including for post-graduate studies.

“Facilities for Indonesian students, including those from Bali, to study in Indian universities, are expected to be improved starting this year,” Indian Ambassador to Indonesia Navrekha Sharma said here.

Sharma said that among recipients of the Indian scholarships were a number of lecturers from Bali’s universities, such as Udayana University, the State University of Hindu Dharma Negeri and the Indonesian Art Institute.
