JIMBARAN, Bali — Melbourne-born specialty coffee brand ST. ALi has opened its second Bali café, expanding its presence on the island with a new venue at Samasta Lifestyle Village in Jimbaran.

The new café, which opened Monday, August 17, follows the brand’s first Bali location in Pererenan and brings ST. ALi’s specialty coffee and Melbourne café culture to Bali’s southern coast.

The Jimbaran venue combines coffee with an all-day dining offering, including ST. ALi favourites and a selection of dishes created exclusively for the Jimbaran location.

The café serves ST. ALi’s signature Orthodox and Feels Good blends, alongside rotating seasonal single-origin coffees and filter options.

The venue’s design takes inspiration from what ST. ALi describes as “Tropical Composure,” combining wood, rattan, stone and marble with contemporary finishes. Natural light, greenery and large arched windows feature prominently throughout the space.

The new location is part of ST. ALi’s wider international expansion. Founded in Melbourne in 2005, the independent specialty coffee roaster now operates across four countries and partners with more than 1,000 businesses worldwide.

ST. ALi has built its reputation around specialty coffee, direct relationships with farmers, in-house roasting and an emphasis on innovation.

In Jimbaran, the brand is positioning the new venue as a destination for both locals and visitors, with the café designed to accommodate everything from morning coffee and brunch to afternoon catch-ups and dinner.

ST. ALi Jimbaran is located at Jl. Wanagiri No. 1, Jimbaran, South Kuta, Badung, and is open daily from 7am to 9pm.
