Changing of the Guard:Bali’s new governor, I Made Mangku Pastika, stands between his deputy, AA Puspayoga (right) and a Hindu priest before being sworn into office at the Bali parliament on Thursday morning. Pastika, a former Bali Police chief, has vowed to beef up security around Bali and make significant improvements to people’s welfare during his five-year term. He replaced two-term governor Dewa Beratha; both are fom the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P)
