National flag carrier has added an additional 21,000 seats to cope with demand during the upcoming festive system, some of them to Bali, an official said.
Under normal scheduling, the airline flies 13 times from Jakarta to Bali and back again, Garuda spokesman Pujobroto said. But from December 22 to January 2, an additional two flights would be operating between the capital and Bali, he said.
Larger aircraft, such as the Boeing 747 jumbo, would be used on the route, he said.
