At least five principle licenses of investment plans of foreign investors in Klungkung has been revoked. That’s because the owners of capital did not provide a report or the location is not clear.

Of the five investment plan, two of which are in the area of ??Nusa Penida and the other three in Klungkung mainland.

“All five are classified as foreign investment. The investment is withdrawn because it does not make LKPM report (Report on Investment Activity) or because the location of investments that are not clear or fictitious,” said Ni Nyoman Muliani as Head of Supervision and Control in Investment Office Klungkung.

Those  investment plans are PT. Lembongan Monkey Water Sport and PT Bali Tropical Capital and both are located in Nusa Penida.

Both permit revoked for not reporting LKPM.

Meanwhile, three other investment plans are in Klungkung mainland include PT Bali Wakepark, PT GS Landmark Properties, and PT Investmen and Development.

The principle licenses has been revoked because the address is fictitious.
