Murderer of an Englishmen Julaikah Noor Aini, through his attorney requested the Denpasar District Court Judge cancels any claim of Public Prosecutor.

In the agenda of defense plea in Denpasar on Tuesday, the defendant’s legal adviser, Nyoman Wisnu said that prosecutor demand is only accumulated from disappointment of Noor Aini against victims that for 11 years had not been given a living.

“We appeal to judge to cancel the prosecution demand because it is considered not able to prove her involvement in the murder of her husband, who is also a British citizen,” said Wisnu.

In addition, the defendant’s legal team appealed to the judges and declared that Noor Aini is not proven legally and convincingly committed the crime.

The defendant simply ordered to settle the problems that occur between Noor Aini with the victim through her maid.

Earlier, the prosecutor charged the defendant to be sentenced to 15 years in prison for having guilty of premeditated murder against her husband who is also a British citizen.

However, she argued that she did not instruct the executor to perform the heinous act. However, only ordered to help resolving the problem.
