Regent of Klungkung, I Nyoman Suwirta committed to build infrastructure and transparent bureaucratic arrangement, fast and friendly in the hope to attract investors to invest in that area. Permit and the procedure which are done easily are expected to encourage owners of capital to invest in Klungkung including in Nusa Penida Island.

Investment Office of Klungkung in providing services regarding license starts using online system that is the information services system and the electronic licensing investment, called SPIPISE.

The systems will facilitate investors to do online license and avoid the practice of brokering.
