Investors ‘Drawn to Bali’s Stability’

Investors ‘Drawn to Bali’s Stability’

SEMINYAK ~ Large numbers of foreign investors have decided to invest their capital in Bali, a businessman said this week.

One of the reasons was the minimum wage requirement in Bali was much lower than in Java, according to Sudibya, who is involved in the tourism sector.

In addition, Bali’s stable conditions, such as the low rate of labor strikes, made the province a safe investment in Indonesia, he said.

Although the general performance of workers across Indonesia, including Bali, still needed improvement, the minimum wage, business stability and potential profits would continue to draw in investors, Sudibya added.
