Rough Water: Kuta Beach this week while tropical storm Vince was giving Bali high winds and big surf. On the north coast freak waves wrecked beachside dwellings at Bungkulan in Buleleng, damaged the subak irrigation system in the area and swept 10 hectares of ricefields into the sea.
