An elderly Japanese man had a stroke on Monday at a house he was renting in Pecatu on the southern tip of Bali, and died, police said.
Tomie Goto, 78, was found dead by one of his children who was living with him, South Kuta Police chief Nanang Prihasmoko said.
His body was taken to Sanglah Hospital in Denpasar for autopsy.
