Wedding bells are set to chime at the Conrad Bali Resort & Spa, which has cleverly jumped on the bridal horse and carriage with the launch of Infinity, the wedding and event venue. The architecturally stunning Infinity is another remake of the steel framed glass structures reminiscent of the wedding pioneer of all chapels, Tirtha Uluwatu, and closely followed by many five-star wedding pavilions on the island. With 117 square meters of floor space, the interior of Infinity is beautifully simple with elegant marble floors; floor-to-ceiling, ocean-facing glass; and a transposable seating plan to comfortably receive 60 guests in air-conditioned comfort for those tré-glamorous events and special celebrations. Guests and friends from the travel industry and media included Island Communications’ Michelle Lamb, Bali and Beyond’s managing editor Goestamar Ardibrata, and website maestro Melina Caruso as well as resort general manager Michael Burchett, who hosted guests to wines and an abundance of canapés.
